Owner will need to speak with renter prior to finalizing booking. 

Minimum age required to book/hold lease is 30 years old.

Booking Fees - Booking fees are calculated based on 1 or 2 WEEK BOOKING ONLY. Please be sure to contact Owner before you  "Request to Book" if your stay will be longer. A 7 night  stay minimum, Saturday to Saturday is the house model. If a longer stay or a mid week departure is needed, please check with Owner to see if it can be accommodated. 

Cleaning Fees - A cleaning fee of $255 + Tax will apply to one or two week rentals a 2nd clean fee will apply to stays longer than 2 weeks. 

No pets allowed - We allow absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING and NO HOUSE PARTIES/EVENTS. We are a very allergic family and keep our  home super clean and allergen free. Sorry.

Short Term Lease - A short term lease must be signed by renter and Owner before booking is finalized.
Local Ordinance - There is strict adherence with Marco Noise Ordinance around quiet enjoyment after 8 PM and 6 person occupancy limit.
